AI Roadmap extends automatic insights alerting with a list of the identified active, archived, and outlier insights for prioritized actionability and insight management.
Note: Automatic Insights identifies critical areas in your video ecosystem, such as recurring AI alert root cause groups, broken assets, and new application versions to help streamline root cause analysis and uncover underlying performance issues.
Active Outliers
To identify additional outliers and underperforming groups while enhancing the baseline experience, AI Roadmap Active tab details the top 200 outlier entries from the last 24 hours. By default, all alerts are sorted by Potential SPI Improvement.
Click the Alert in the Improvement Areas column to see the alert insight details, with diagnostic data for analysis and dimension drilling-downs to discover the source of the anomaly. The alert data displays with the dimension listed below the error in Improvement Areas column as the first dimension.
Note: When you navigate to AI Alert Roadmap dashboard from Trends, the same dimensions selected in Trends are displayed in AI Alerts Roadmap.
You can save, share and export the details of the alert dashboard. For more information on share, save and export, see Save, Share and Export.
Archived Outliers
All the alerts which are more than 24 hours old, are displayed in the Archived tab in AI Alert Dashboard.
The Outliers dashboard supports active state management, preserving user actions until the user logs off or the session times out.
