AI Alert Email Subscription

 

AI Alert Email Subscriptions allows the Admins to subscribe and unsubscribe user email addresses, and set specific metric notifications by severity level for each user.

Admin users can manage user AI alert email subscriptions in the Settings > Notification Channels > AI Alerts Email Subscription page

Note: These changes do not impact the manual alert settings. For manual alert settings, see Alerts.

  1. To manage user AI alert email subscriptions, in the Settings menu click Notification Channels.

     

  2. The AI Alerts Email Subscription page appears with a list of the configured email subscriptions along with the configured metrics and severity levels.

  3. To add new email subscriptions, click Subscribe. The subscription detail page appears.

    Note:    The availability of AI alerts for concurrent plays is limited. To enable this feature, please contact your Conviva representative.

  4. Enter the email addresses in the Email Address field. Select the desired metrics and severity levels. All severity levels are set as default and apply to any existing AI alert subscriptions.

  5. Click Update to set the email subscriptions.

  6. To edit AI alert email subscriptions for a user, hover over the email address, and under the Settings icon, click Edit. Click the desired metric (or Select all metrics) and severity levels.

  7. Click Update to set the modified AI alert email subscriptions.

  8. To remove users from receiving AI alert email notifications, either check the box next to the email addresses in the Email Address list and click Unsubscribe, or for a specific user hover over the email address and under the Settings icon, click Unsubscribe.
