Pattern Analytics (Beta)

 

Pattern Analytics enables fast, goal-aligned understanding of how users move through an application, helping teams detect areas of friction, validate the expected paths for conversion, and uncover opportunities for improving conversion and engagement. This capability replaces static, prebuilt funnels and journeys with the automatic discovery of real consumer experience paths from every session, connecting them to outcome milestones, such as purchase checkouts, bookings, and resolved support requests, and grouping them into dimensional cohorts for deeper analysis.

With Pattern Analytics, analyze user journeys and milestone performance through AI-identified patterns, visual paths, and conversion funnels to reveal how users progress through critical events and where friction impacts outcomes. Then, further discover top conversion patterns and funnel analyses of critical event activity, conversion breakdowns, and gap opportunities.

 

Pattern Analytics Tab

The Pattern Analytics tab provides Paths view, to explore user journeys leading to a selected milestone.

Paths visualizes the event routes users followed to reach the milestone, highlighting the top paths (defaulting to 10) that users took and any unexpected navigation behavior.

Paths view supports accessing Funnels to examine drop-offs between steps.
