Daily Emails

Pulse uses daily emails to allow users to stay up to date with their data but without having to log in. Daily emails offer a summary of activity for one filter. Once an email has been set up, users can subscribe to it.

This feature is only available to Pulse Admins. If you're not an Admin, this is not the page you're looking for.

Adding a New Email

Adding a new email is as simple as deciding on a name and a filter. It's a good idea to make the name descriptive so that users can easily identify the ones they want.

To add a new email:

  1. Choose Daily Emails from the Settings menu. Click New Daily Email.

  2. Enter name and choose a filter.

  3. Click Save.

That's all there is to it.

Managing Emails

You can edit existing emails and delete the emails you no longer need.

Note: Important: You can't delete a filter that is used in a daily email. If you need to remove the filter for some reason, you must first either edit the email so that it no longer uses the filter or delete the email.
