When viewing and analyzing data, Ads enables data export and sharing for further analysis and data aggregation. Data is exported as a CVS file with data from the current data display. For example, exporting data from the Ads page outputs the following data:
- Report summary and time stamp
- Applied Filters
- Summary metric values based on the current time period, and interval totals
- Comparison metric values and totals for each day of the comparison period
- Dimension values and metrics for each dimension (Up to 200 values per dimension) and metric totals
To export data or share, click the Export button on the action bar.
Export Data Example
This example shows exported Ads data with sections for the metric summary, all metric time series, and the selected dimensions.
Share Data Example
Sharing data enables sharing the link to the displayed page either manually through the clipboard or to the specified recipients in an email.
Note: Saving the dashboard before sharing the link preserves the current data.
